Steam Cleaning reduces the reliance on chemicals. It also uses less volume of water than conventional pressure washers. Steam is highly effective on removing grease, oil, organic growth, paint and chewing gum. Our machines temperature steams upto 150c this is a natural way of cleaning/restoration without the use of chemicals, making it friendlier to the environment. The temperature is high but the pressure on the steam is very low and gentle.

Local authorities, architects, surveyors and conservation bodies are requesting that restoration of buildings are undertaken by steam only.

Steam cleaning is a more expensive way to clean the exterior of your property then softwashing. But both methods will clean and remove organic growth, slowing the re-growth procedure of spores.
